Call Center Executive/Trainees (Female)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquires
• Updating the inquiry System
• Continuous communication with customers and internal officers with respect to loans and any other issues
Qualifications and Skills:
• Should have successfully completed G.C.E Advance level examination
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and Sinhala
• Sound knowledge of English
• Ability to work independently in computerized environment
