Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable
Job Profile:
Accountable for Accounts Payable Tasks such as o AP Sub Ledger Book Close, Vendor Master Data — Creation, Amendment, Activation & Deactivation o Invoice Processing — Trade, Corporate, Staff Reimbursements, Payments — Vendor Payments, Inter Company Payments, Staff Claim Payments, AP/AR Offset, Refund to Customers, Intercompany Netting Manage the resource allocation of the team and monitor the productivity and the quality of output Conduct internal and external audits and work with team/s to rectify nonconformities Ensure consistent achievement of the SLA Provide guidance, motivation and training to the team and get them to be focused on the goals
Person Profile:
Should have full or partial qualification of Chartered, ACCA (UK) or CIMA Should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable A minimum of 1 year in a similar role in Shared Services Setup would be a requirement Knowledge and experience in ERP such as Oracle or SAP would be an added advantage Should have excellent interpersonal and team management skills
