We are inviting professionals of exceptional caliber to join the Keppel CT Developments (Private) Limited team as:
Accounts Executive
Main Responsibilities:
– Liaising with BOI, Inland Revenue for import of construction materials for the project.
– Able to carry out all documentation for all imports
– Implementation and observation of Financial /operational procedures and controls
– Discuss and follow up on sales targets and subsequent invoicing and receipting
– Providing necessary financial information for local authority requirements
– Accounts Receivables
– Monthly Returns / Quarterly Returns
– Quarterly reports submission
Candidate Requirement:
– Possess part qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
– Having a degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting would be a distinct advantage
– Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity
– Hands on experience working on accounting software
– Experience in handling general ledger Accounts, costing and thorough knowledge in Tax Principals and financial Management are definite prerequisites
– Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
– Proficiency in MS Office application (particularly MS Excel)
– Should be disciplined, pro-active and self motivated
– Fluency in English (verbal and written)
– Ability to multi task and work well with minimum supervision
