Accounts and Administration Officer

Qualifications and Experience:
– AAT completed or Chartered Intermediate ( CAB 11 ) completed.
– One year working experience in an Audit or Non Audit institute.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling labour salary payment, Sub Contractor Payments & calculation at the site
• Handling Petty Cash expenses at site
• Keep all the necessary documents and schedules for the accounting purposes at the site
• Deal with the Head Office Accounts Department as the site representative for all financial matters
• Preparation of bank reconciliation for the bank account operating for the site
Human Resources Executives-Head Office
Qualifications and Experience:
– Degree in HRM or Part / Fully Qualification in HRM (Preferably IPM) with 2 — 3 years working experience in a reputed company,
Key Responsibilities:
– Hands on experience in recruitment, leave and attendance handling, Welfare activities, HR and ISO Documentation, Good knowledge of Labor Procedures and Labor Rules & Regulations, Excellent command of English
