We are on the look out for dynamic individuals to be a part of our construction team in the Building Sector for projects in Western & Southern provinces.

The right candidates should possess the following qualifications & experience.

Project Manager

Corporate Membership of a Recognized Engineering Institution with 05 years’ post qualifying experience.

Senior Site Engineers

B.Sc. (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 05 years experience or NDT (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with 10 years experience.

Civil Engineers

B.Sc. (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 03 years experience or NDT (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with 08 years experience.

Planning Engineers

Candidates should possess B.Sc. or equivalent with a minimum of 03 years experience in Planning & Progress Control of large projects. Exposure to MS Projects is an essential prerequisite. Candidates with NDT (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with 08 years experience in similar capacity also may apply.

Project Quantity Surveyors

Applicants should have B.Sc. (Q/S) with a minimum of 05 years experience or Professional levels(I, II & III) of IQSSL with 08 years experience or NCT(QS) or equivalent with 15 years post qualifying experience in Building & Water Supply projects. He should be fully conversant with Quantity Surveying functions, in post contract works. Thorough knowledge of the conditions of contract (ICTAD/FIDIC) and sound communication skills (Verbal & Written) are essential prerequisites.

Surveyors

Applicants should have B.Sc. (Surveying Science) with a minimum of 03 Years experience. Licensed Surveyors interested may also apply.

Engineers (Water Supply and Drainage)

The right candidates should have NDT (Mechanical) /NDES (Water & Environmental) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 05 years working experience in Hot & Cold Water Supply and drainage systems in high rise building
projects.

Assistant Engineers (Water Supply and Drainage)

The right candidates should have NDT (Mechanical) /NDES (Water & Environmental) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 03 years working experience in Hot & Cold Water Supply and drainage systems in high rise building projects.

Engineering Assistants/Technical Officers

The right candidates should have NDT (Mechanical) /NDES (Water & Environmental) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 01 year or NCT or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 03 years working experience in Hot & Cold Water Supply and drainage systems in high rise building projects.

Safety Officers

Should have thorough knowledge on the safety rules & regulations applicable to the Construction Industry. Preference will be given to those who have followed a course in Safety management.

Administrative Officers

GCE (A/L) with minimum of 05 years experience in a similar capacity. Dynamic individuals with sound interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills will be given preference.

Selected candidate will be responsible for administrative, environmental and security functions of the project.

Engineering Assistants / Technical Officers

NDT (Civil), NDES or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 01 year experience or NCT (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 03 years experience.

Draughtsman

Recognized Draughtsmanship Course with a minimum of 03 years working experience.

Store Keepers / Assistant Store Keepers

Applicants should have passed G.C.E. (0/L) with credit passes in Mathematics & English.

Preference will be given to those who have followed a course in Stores & Material Management and/or past experience in the field of construction in a similar capacity.
