System Analyst
Job Requirement:
• Degree holder – Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or IT-related discipline.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• More than 3 years of implementation experience with Microsoft technologies in commercial setting
• Industry-specific Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g. MCP, MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, MCPD, MCTS, etc.)
Technical skills:
• C#, ASP.NET, Java script, XML
• Experience in using design patterns
• Experience in guiding developers as team leader
• Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement
• Experience with Windows Server environments and SQL Server
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy software solutions that meet customer requirements
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and handle basic and intermediate software issues
Soft Skills:
• Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures
• Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to work independently or as a part of a team and be self-motivated
• Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
