Duties & Responsibilities
– Managing and Maintaining IT Infrastructure, Systems, Network administration and ensuring the highest levels of availability and security
– Install, configure, maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools of the Servers and End-user devices. Ensure proper documentation and procedures
– Maintaining security, backup and redundancy strategies
– Managing IT projects
– Providing 24X7 L2 & L3 Infrastructure Support Services to the business with the agreed Service Level
Minimum Qualifications:
– A Degree with a strong IT element and/ or a recognized professional IT qualification
– 3-5 years experience in IT Infrastructure administration and management
– Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and administrating Linux and Windows server-based environments
– Expertise in installing, configuring, and managing multiple LAN / WAN network technologies (Switch, Router, and Firewall)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with users from all levels of the organization
