Head of Social Media
We seek a Team Lead for social media/digital marketing, who can lead a variety of interactive-based activities. This individual must be highly proficient in the digital marketing space as well as curious and proactive about learning, researching and implementing a variety of interactive tactics.
The ideal candidate will need to have a track record in the industry, a friendly personality, be a team player and team Leader have an excellent command of English. You should possess the drive to learn and continuously improve on work performances.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the i-marketing team
* Creating digital strategies
* Implementation of digital plan for clients
* Set implementation plan
* Execute the plan
* Monitor the work done for the client
* Keep Control of the account
* Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences.
* Respond and react to changes within social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
* Set up and monitor social media and website analytics tools; generate analytics reports.
* Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online
Experience/Skills Required:
* Interactive, marketing or PR agency experience required.
* Hands on experience in Digital Marketing or qualified in CIM/CIMA.
* Be engaged in the social media space in a professional capacity.
* Passionate about staying on top of trends in social media and interactive technology
* Experience with website optimization techniques a plus
* Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings
* Solid writing skills
* Leadership skills
