The largest exclusive fashion store in Colombo invites you for the position of Shop Manager/ Manageress. We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meet sales goals by training, motivating and mentoring sales staff
– Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
– Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
– Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
– Analysing sales figures and reporting on current fashion trends
– Managing the MONDY Loyalty program and related issues
Candidate Criteria
– At least 5 years experience in retail sales
– Powerful leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent communications skills with fluency in English
– Monthly remuneration will include the basic salary + performance incentives & other allowances.
