We are a fast growing medium sized destination management company, seeking a senior Tour
Consultant to assist with the operations of our Colombo office.
Job Description:
The Consultant will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the inbound operation of our
company. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing business from both existing and new travel agents, while handling tours from inquiry to operational stages in English speaking markets.
The Senior Tour Consultant is responsible for:
– Tour costing
– Travel Agent relationships
– Tour Itineraries
– Supplier contracts
– Tour Operations
The Desired Profile:
– 3 years of experience in inbound travel – Sri Lanka
– Product knowledge related to Sri Lanka Resorts, Transfers, and excursions.
– Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Graphic designing
ability will be an advantage
– Strong verbal and written communications skills
– Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
– Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible
working schedule to meet the needs of the Company.
