Job Role
– Responsible for implementing organizational interventions
– Recommend new approaches; training, mentorship, coaching and knowledge transfer
– Provide strategic leadership / direction to the learning and development team
– Design and execute new learning initiatives including Corporate Management Development programs
– Review existing job bands and recommend career development programs
– Conduct market research on various HR/OD requirements like HR benchmark, industry best practices, market data etc..,
– Gather market competitive customer data/ information’s through different mediums; internet, forums, magazines etc..,
Qualifications Required:
– Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
– A MBA will be considered as an added advantage
Experience required
Human Resources Learning & Development of which a minimum of 3-4 years of strategic Human Resources & Organizational Development experience
