Receptionist
• Should Be able To answer in a concise manner.
• Ability to detect emotions of the caller and handle the situation accordingly.
• Plan before making external calls and have the purpose in mind when such calls are made.
• Understand the priority of the messages and inform the relevant individuals by making accurate notes.
• Receive and dispatch internal/external mail and other deliveries.
• Maintain records completely and accurately.
• Welcome visitors and direct them for meetings/appointments.
• Exposure for secretarial functions would be an added advantage.
