Quantity Surveyor in subsidiary Company of Daya Constructions (Pvt) Limited for immediate
employment.
Quantity Surveyor for Tendering Department
Job Description:
Selection of tenders from tender notices published in news papers, electronic media and in consultation
of marketing team.
– Arranging tender fees and required bid bonds
– Studying the tender document and prepare prequalification documents and other supporting
document.
– Attending pre bid meeting and site visits to ascertain actual scenarios.
– Collecting basic prices, suppliers at the relevant area and keep records.
– Studying the BOQ and get clarifications from the Consultant/Client if any.
– Computation of unit rates and including materials requirements.
– Prepare competitive and workable bid and submission of bids on time.
– Analyzing tender results, past tender results and identifying the competitors in segments and
areas to use in future.
– Passing details of success bids to the construction team including materials requirement,procurement strategy and contractual claims.
Qualification and Experience:-
– B.Sc /NDT/HNDE in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering with Minimum 5 years experience.
– Tendering experience will be an added qualification.
– Remuneration will be negotiable.
