Product Manager
Analytical Division
The Job:
– Support the Sales team by planning and implementing growth of promotional strategies and logistic support to offer the best value propositions and achieve an exponential sales growth for the assigned product/principal range in our water division to work with the world’s best water quality analysis instrument manufacturer, M/s HACH Company Based in USA.
Job Role:
• Consult end users and identify their exact water quality analysis requirement.
• Compile a total solution for the requirement and prepare technical proposals.
• Prepare technical specifications of the proposed system with collaboration of the respective manufacturer ensuring end user’s requirement is served.
• Coordinate with the relevant local / international parties once the proposal is approved to organize installations & user trainings of the project according to the material and labor availability.
• Routinely visit the existing installation base and inspect the conditions of the installed systems to ensure optimum performance and attend to planned maintenance works together with after sales technicians
• Obtain trainings from the manufacturers and introduce their latest technologies by conducting training programs.
• Establish service quality, delivery and installation and maintenance principles to uplift the standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree/HND or equal qualification in science, chemical or process engineering
• Full or part qualifications obtained from a recognized marketing body (CIM / SLIM)
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent sales and marketing skills Excellent communication in English, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets
• Ability to travel extensively on customer visits
Age:
Ideally below 35 years An attractive remuneration package commensurate with the qualification and experience is on offer to the selected candidate.
