We are on the lookout for an Office Assistant for our well reputed client company.
Location Malabe
Salary Rs. 35,000/- + OT
Working days Monday to Friday
Working Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Key Requirements
Male Candidates only
Age between 20 – 40 years.
Previous experience as a Peon , Office Assistant would prefer.
Job Duties
Greets and directs visitors and answers routine inquiries
Department door lock opening & closing on daily basis and handover to security.
Organize meeting Tea, Coffee, refreshments arrangement & lay-out
Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff.
Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; arrange stationeries, printing paper and other materials
Copies and/or duplicates materials as requested; oversee day-to-day operation of copy machine
Updates files, records, binding, laminating of documents.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Daily, Weekly cleaning coordination with Janitorial staff.
Arranging meeting rooms & multimedia for appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.
May order, stock, and distribute office supplies.
May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
