Registered Market Intermediary under the regulations of Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC).
The profile we are looking for,
– Experience in corporate sales and financial products and/or equivalent of minimum 1-2 years.
– A recent school leaver/undergraduate/professional education candidate below 24 years.
– Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications.
– Candidate will be required to obtain the licensing from the SEC.
– Fluency in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage.
– Ability to think and act rationally and be open to new ideas and approaches.
– Proficiency in Photoshop or any other design tool/software.
– Creative and solution-oriented approach, self-starter attitude, time management skills.
Responsibilities,
– Recruiting, managing and training full/part time sales force.
– Managing inbound and outbound marketing activities and campaigns.
– Organizing communication, including newsletters, webinars, and external events.
– Support the development and maintenance of Social Media platforms.
– Analysis, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance against defined KPls.
– Researching topics, tools, and industry trends to gather insights for optimization and growth.
– Plan and develop content for campaigns and drive brand engagement on social media.
– Coordinating with the external agencies for marketing activities including the custodian and trustees.
– Developing, reviewing, improving and reporting on the overall marketing strategy.
