Manager
* Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of looklet Design and Production
* Make business decision that are financially responsible, accountable and justifiable
* Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
* Establish and maintain relevant systems to monitor the operation (Together with Production Coordinator)
* Prepare reports for directors, as necessary or requested
* Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization’s mission together with HR
* Forecasting client’s requirements together with Client Service
* Determine staffing requirements together with Director
* Reporting and analyzing variances
* Ensure that bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by director
* Identify and evaluate risks
* Lead Project Coordinators to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
* Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
* Knowledge and experience of setting up shift working schedule as well as implementing it
* Coordinate tasks and resource for with multiple departments and systems
* Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations (Daily, weekly, monthly meetings)
* Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
