Manager – Sales // Deposit Mobilization
• Daily management and monitoring of Sales/Marketing & Business development activities.
• Plan & organize promotional & Business development activities to Island wide network.
• Prepare weekly, Monthly reports to AGM related to branch wise Sales & business development activity calendar, progress, effectiveness.
• Preparing of Annual Business Plans and Associated Budgets with the guidance and coordination with AGM.
• Coordinate, design & implementation of corporate communication activities with the consultation of AGM.
• Maintain good rapport with Media, Advertising & outside trade for implement the planned Sales activities and promotions.
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Management/ Marketing from recognized University / Institute.
• 10 years experience Sales in Financial Products / Financial Institution of which last 03 years must be in the Management position managing a Sales/Marketing & business development department.
• Experience in working with Media Channels/Advertising Agencies and good knowledge in media activities will be an added advantage
• Ability to carry out the given tasks independently and achieve Company objectives.
• Good command in speaking & writing skills in Sinhala & English is a must and the ability to at least converse in Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel around the country is essential
Preferred Age : Less than 40 years
Salary : Attractive Remuneration Package (Based on your Competencies)
