Job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to :
– Providing strong leadership to the Business Administration function to achieve strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
– Active monitoring of service standards and reporting of activities.
– Contributing to the development and success of the corporate plan and broader strategic plan, ensuring the team is able to articulate the delivery of strategic initiatives.
– Reviewing processes and procedures to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness for the administration function.
– Responsible to handle all legal requirements and tasks pertaining to the job role.
– Drive change by planning , executing and monitoring results through special projects in the organization.
– Negotiate with third party vendors pertaining to the job role.
– Build and Maintain relationships with local and government authorities.
Candidate Profile
– Professional qualifications relating to Business Management/Administration from a recognised institute with 10 years experience in a similar capacity.
– Possession of MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.
– Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, including the ability to provide concise advice and recommendations.
– Should have strong communication skills in all three languages.
