IT Assistant (Sri Lanka)

THE JOB:
– Provide support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support, VPN
– Troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails
– Desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
– Supporting end users for their daily PC & IT Related problems
THE PERSON:
– Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent from a recognized Institute/University
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– 2 Years Experience and knowledge of Win 7-Win 10, MS Office, Internet, etc
– Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
– Able to work independently while thriving in a team
– Effective in solving problems and recommend solutions if need arises
– Preferably be between 20-25 years of age
