Education Qualification:
– Following a Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Statistics.
– Completed/following PQHRM (IPM)
Behavioral Competence:
– Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
– Knowledge in MS Office package (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint) and proficiency in MS Excel in essential
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Organizing and planning skills with the ability to work independently and target oriented.
– Good personality and perseverance to ensure the deliverables whilst demonstrating interdependent skills specially with other supportive operational functions to deliver results.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on Interpersonal, Presentation, Negotiation
– Skills in both Sinhala and English.
