Rockland Distilleries, a well-established beverage manufacturing and distribution company is in the lookout for a competent individual to join their HR Team. The selected candidate should be able to handle the payroll process individually.
Human Resource Executive
– Ability to coordinate with other departments and obtain details of O.T, incentives and verifying details against the HRIS.
– Monitoring the HRIS on a daily basis to ensure that data is captured.
– Methodical and attention to detail in giving accurate data of staff recruitment’s and resignations for payroll process.
– The position requires excellent knowledge and working experience in Ms Office excel to create reports, retrieve data and analyze reports.
– The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a similar environment and have an idea of all inputs for the smooth functioning of the payroll process.
– Ability to originate letters and give instructions to Banks with regard to staff salaries and other benefits
The position requires the ability to work in as a team with excellent PR skills.
