The ideal candidate should possesses:
* Should have a degree or a higher or a higher Professional Qualification in HR at a reputed Institute.
* Excellent knowledge in HR Key Result areas and administration Path.
* Good IR, HRIS and Labour Law Knowledge.
* Excellent Command in Sinhala and English Both.
* Manufacturing Industry experience is an added advantage.
* Minimum 05 years working experience at relevant field.
* Age Below 50 years.
Salary Negotiable (Depend On Education/ Professional Qualifications And Experience)
Successful candidate shall receive an attractive performance based remuneration package with ample opportunities for career advancement The preference will be given to candidates who reside in Kalu taro, Panadura, Moratuwa and Horana arrears
