Health and Beauty Centre – Manager (Female)
Location: Colombo
Essential Requirement: The female candidate must have experience with Beauty, Fitness or Slimming centre
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive all activities to drive footfalls to the centre and converting them into booking
– Conduct events / plan promotions, liaison with advertising and promotional agencies for local media release and activities to drive awareness about VLCC / footfalls
– Has a natural ability for Database Management of all potential clients
– Counsel Clients on all services and therapy available, based on body, skin and hair analysis
– As a Profit Centre Head, is responsible for monitoring the Administrative, Operational and Technical aspects and smooth functioning of the centre, ensure optimum capacity utilization and quality service delivery
– Maintain high Operating Margin profit by increasing sales and reducing overhead costs without impacting quality of service
– Handle Customer Care feedback and provide required support
Special Requirements:
– Lead a large team with varied experience and positions
– Make presentations for corporate alliance; correspond with various officials in other organizations
– Can organize and conduct outdoor events
– Proficient in English speaking and Windows Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) literacy is essential
Desired Qualification:
– Over 7 Years of Work Experience and a considerable experience at a Beauty, Fitness or Slimming centre
Additional Requirement:
Willing to work on shift rotation basis
