Head of Application Development
Skills Required:
• Skills to explore new ideas to improve margins
• Higher level of technical competency to produce high value for business
• Skills in Mentoring and coaching a team
Qualifications:
• Degree in Information Technology or Engineering from a reputed University Experience
• 6-8 years of experience as a team lead
• In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ,Design patterns, application security and performance
• Hand on experience in Enterprise Application Architecture and technologies in JEE — EJB, Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS
• Experience handling:
* Application Servers such as OraclelGlassfish, JBoss, Websphere, Web Logic
* Web Services such as SOAP / REST API
* Databases such MySQL, Oracle, MySQL
* Web Servers such as Apache, Jetty
* Operating systems such as LINUX and Windows
