Group Head of Marketing (FMCG & Consumer)

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and execute marketing strategies for each business unit, aligned with corporate goals, using market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
– Ensure consistent brand identity across all companies, working with creative teams on campaigns, and managing the group’s reputation.
– Drive digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email} and e-commerce initiatives, while exploring emerging digital trends to enhance online presence and sales.
– Discover new market segments and geographic growth areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business development and revenue growth.
– Oversee marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the leadership team.
– Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
– Work closely with company principals to plan and execute joint marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
– Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– MBA or an equivalent master’s degree is required, preferably with a focus on marketing or business strategy.
– Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in Marketing
– Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and development skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
