Qualifications and Experience:
• An individual with at least 5 years experience from a manufacturing back ground at a senior managerial level
• An Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a qualification from a related discipline
• Knowledge of Printing will be an advantage.
• A good Communicator able to handle and resolve challenges posed by customers.
• Proven ability to lead.
• IT literate SKI. and Attributes
• The candidate should possess high level of analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong consistent record of achievement with the previous employers.
• Excellent negotiator with interpersonal relationship development skills.
• A fair knowledge of Tamil would be an advantage
• Proven ability to build teams and perform.
• Willing to travel overseas for any length of time.
• Age below 40 years. An attractive remuneration package in keeping with the market standards is on offer to the right candidate.
