Finance/Admin Assistant

Position Summary:
Factum is currently looking out for a Finance and Admin Assistant to Assist the Head of operation in the Financial Function.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of the Monthly budget vs. Actual comparison
• Reviewing of expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
• Preparation of Monthly reports for Donors.
• Assisting in preparing budgets
• Monitor processing and discharge of all payments,
• Check accuracy of Bank Reconciliation statements.
• Preparation of all other financial statements
• Maintenance of Housekeeping and Coordination of workshops
• Executing all Administration matters. (eg: Arrangement of transport, Smooth operation of workshops and seminars etc) Qualifications and Experience:
• Fully / Partly qualified in CA/ CIMA/ACCA or Degree in Finance.
• At least 3-year experience in Finance Function.
• Fluency in local languages would be an added advantage.
• Familiar in QB would be added advantage.
• IT literate well conversant In MS office applications (Word/Excel and Outlook)
