Factory Manager – (Panel Assembling)
We require a dynamic individual who has the ability to spearhead the panel assembly division of our Company.
The Job:
• Guide the team in doing drawings, costing, assembling, testing, maintaining quality and 5S in the Panel Factory.
• Ensure jobs are undertaken and executed as per agreed timelines.
• Liaise with clients for clarifications, understand the end user requirement, provide practical solutions and technical support if needed.
• Ensure that all factory staff are suitably trained / qualified for Panel Wiring and Assembly.
• Conduct Skill Development Programmes for staff of Panel Division.
• Ensure compliance of all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.
Requisites:
• A Degree, NDT/ HNDE or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in ELV panel industry.
• Need to possess a high command of the English and Sinha la Languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD).
• Ability to complete tasks in a demanding and high pressure circumstances.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic and a self driven personality who posses a high degree of passion and commitment towards the industry.
• Age between 30-40 years.
