We are on the lookout for Call Center Agent for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 14 and Colombo 10.
Salary: Rs. 17,000/= to Rs. 25,000/= & Overtime + Other Allowance
Job Description
Answer calls and respond to e-mails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonic and via e-mails
Provide customers with product and service information’s
Enter new customer information’s to the system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Produce call reports
Ideal Candidate
Verbal and written communication skills in English and sinhala
Communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage
Organizational skills, Team work and Friendly personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
