As a Branch Manager, you will be a part of a team who will provide leadership; set targets; drive the team towards the targets and create a delightful environment within the bookshops for the customers and your team.
As a Branch Manager, you should possess the following attributes:
■ Ability to develop / implement sales development strategies
■ At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the retail industry
■ Passionate about customer service
■ Good command of English and Sinhala languages
■ Computer literate with good MS Office skills
■ Age 25 – 40 years
