Key Responsibilities:
The overall re of this role is to study the entire application(s) being supported and prepare oneself ready to give solid first & second level support. Incidents are assigned and it is the responsibility to work on them till a resolution is given to customers satisfaction and within the define Service level agreement (SLA).
He she is also expected to Ian and understand the concepts. behavior & architecture of the application in detail enabling to gain higher competency in supporting the application(s)
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience a UNIX / PL/SQL Scripts environment.
• Sound knowledge of Shell Scripts,Oracle, PL/SQL
• Prior experience in networks and telecommunications (fixed wireless) would be a definite advantage.
. Oracle Certification is advantageous.
. Should be a quick learner and a self organized individual.
. Should be a person who can be motivated by making customers happy.
