We are on the looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for our well reputed client company located in Kelaniya
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies.
Communicate directly with overseas principals to align sales goals and expectations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
Professional qualifications in the related field.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and customer needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media applications.
Excellent command of the English language and a valid driver’s license.
