Utracon Overseas (Pte) Ltd (Sri Lanka Branch) is a subsidiary of Utracon Corporation with operations in construction industry in Sri Lanka. The company has vacancy to be filled immediately in Rajagiriya branch office and we are looking for intelligent, smart, energetic, young leader with the right attitude, skills & knowledge to us to take up the following position
Key Responsibilities:
• Sound Knowledge on Overall HR & Admin Functions
• Effective interpersonal & Communication skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Key Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication on skills in English & Sinhala
Age between 25-32 years
