Work Study Executive / Officers
Polonnaruwa – Lankapura Apparels
■ Candidates should be exceptional achievers, with excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team with the determination to succeed in a challenging work environment.
■ Accountabilities Implement and sustain the most effective work methods / systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate effective production processes Planning and analyzing new projects within the production department and other departments to facilitate plant operations Monitoring the relevant production parameters and taking action to ensure a smooth flow of production
Qualification:
• Thorough knowledge Work Measurement, Method Improvement, Workplace Arrangement
• Thorough knowledge of Garment construction
• Sound educational background /professional training relevant to the position, GCE A/L and higher. Candidates with professional qualifications from a recognized institution. e.g. Degree / Diploma in Textile Management or Certificate Course in Time & Work Study will have distinctive advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Industrial Engineering Executive or Work Study Executive / Officer attached to a reputed garment factory
• Willingness to reside in close proximity to the plant will be a distinct advantage
