Job Purpose:

Undertake all activities as Student Counselor/Marketing Executive in guiding and directing students to choose correct education path and also providing administrative Support to BPP Education Partner Office, This is an excellent Opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a dynamic international team. With the strong focus on organization.

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Duties:

• Undertaking Student consultations
• Handling Documentation and Online based web system
• Data entry; maintaining and updating records managing appointment bookings
• Supporting all Marketing Activities, Exhibitions, Outdoor events etc…
• Undertaking administrative activities; Filing, scanning and photocopying
• Visiting High Schools and Agents in Colombo and Out station
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining good numbers

About you:

• One years’ experience in Higher Education Industry, previous experience in student recruitment overseas and handling visa will be given priority
• You are well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and knowledgeable
• Enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including exceptional
• Phone manner you have the ability to prioritize work, achieve targets and meet deadlines
• Work accurately under conflicting time pressures you have great attention to
• Detail and accurate data entry and typing skills you have excellent computer Literacy
• Able to work with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
• Flexible in the hours You can work and ready to travel if opportunity arises
