Tour Manager
Pan Global Travels & Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Tour Manager as given below who are dynamic, results oriented and have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Educational Profile:
– A degree from a recognized university in relevant field
or
– Relevant Qualification
Work Experience Profile:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism field
Professional Competencies:
– Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
– Independent thinking, and the ability to work well autonomously and as a part of a team
– Effective communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English.
– Fluency in foreign languages apart from English will be an added advantage
Duties:
– Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
– Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry
– Checking tickets and other relevant documents, and any special requirements
– Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and services are satisfactory
– Communicating a range of information or itineraries, destination and culture
