We are looking for some talented people to join our growing team in Colombo/Jaffna. We have been building highly configurable applications for our clients for years mainly based in Australia and rapidly. expanding globally.
Tech Lead – Java Developer (Jaffna)
• Excellent understanding on design patterns and enterprise integration patterns.
• In depth knowledge in database design.
• Strong working knowledge on software deployment, cloud platforms (AWS,Azure).
• Hands on with production environment setup, infrastructure design, planning.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining J2EE application servers.
Qualification:
• A degree in IT with more than 6 yrs of experience, of which at least 2 yrs of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Professional Certification in Java Technology.
• Excellent communication in English both in verbal and writing.
• Ability to define and implement quality assurance strategies including unit testing and code reviews.
• Proven initiative and good analytical /problem solving skills.
Senior Software Engineers – Java Developer (Jaffna)
• Develop software solution by referring the system requirement document.
• Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and option made available by new technologies
• Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest trends.
• Strong analytical and report skills.
Qualification:
• A bachelor’s Degree from recognized university
• 3+ experience in J2SE/J2EE environment
• Familiar with 00P design
• Experience in Configuring and maintaining Linux servers
• Should be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision
Associate / Software Engineer – Java Developer (Jaffna)
• Knowledge in OOP, Design Patterns and web application development
• Capability to follow an agile software development methology
• Ability to work with team and fast learner
Qualification:
• Minimum 1-2 yrs experience on Java/J2EE technologies
• Selected candidate should be a certified Java Developer
