In order to set up the business in Sri Lanka, IDEAL applicants for the following positions are welcomed

1) Senior Sales Manager

This job will involve promoting products to prospective high-end special projects

Ideal candidates should have:

• At least 8-10 years experience in Elevators & Escalators business interacting with both Private and Government sector (Must)
• Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing/ Management/Project Management
• Experience in supply through tenders (Tender Procedures)
• Experience in supply of Elecators and Escalators to mega projects
• Project management experience would be an added advantage

2) Sales Manager

This Job will involve promoting products to prospective customers around the island

Ideal candidates should have:

• At least 05 years experience in business operations of Elevators & Excavators involving both Private and Government sector
• Degree/Diploma/Professional Qualification in Marketing/ Management is an advantage
• Experience in tender procedures
• Project management experience would be an added advantage

3) Documentation Executive

This Job will involve communication and co-ordination with foreign principals to meet the requirements of customers, handle all tender documentation work and quotations

Ideal candidates should have:

• More than 03 Years experience in working in a reputed organization handling back office functions such as Tenders, Quotations etc.
• GCE AA – Successfully completed
• Must be highly competent in English & Sinhalese
• Competent in professional documentation
• Computer Literate

4) Installation Engineer

This Job will involve heading the installation team of Elevators and Escalators with regard to new installations and caring out services

Ideal candidates should have:

• More than 5 years experience in installation of Elevators and Escalators
• NDT or BSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering will be a definite advantage.
• The selected candidate will be trained at the manufacturing plant (at a foreign location) and subject to be bonded for 03 years with the company

5) Technicians

This Job will involve installation and maintenance of Elevators and Escalators

Ideal candidates should have:

• At least 03 years experience in installation and maintenance of elevators/escalators would be a definite advantage
• Professional qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering would be a definite advantage
