Job Description:
– Should Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Innovative and analytical with strategic thinking
– Good knowledge in Internal Audit CISA qualification will be an added advantage
– Developing audit plan , Preparing Routine audit report for HOPlant as per the requirement.
– Co ordinates & participates in internal audits in accordance with audit plan.
– Conducts financial Audit i. e critical analysis of financial records & documents.
– Reviewed Purchase, Commercial function in accordance with the policy.
– Risk focused legal audit ,make recommendation to the management to safeguards against future legal issues.
– Periodic verification of insurance coverage on stock and fixed asset of company and ensured management against the probable losses for non covered areas.
– Undertake cost reduction initiatives, recommended profitability, productive Improvements.
– Conducts HR audit in accordance with HR policy.
