Through cost effective, innovative, compliant and scalable solutions HealthRecon Connect helps partners improve cash flow and patient outcome. With the business expansion we are currently looking for a Senior Executive to join our HR team based in Colombo.
The Job:
• Assisting employee induction and administration
• Organizing employee engagement activities
• Supporting recruitment & selection process
• Conducting the performance evaluation process
• Managing employee grievances
The Person:
• Degree or professional qualification in HR
• 3-4 years experience in a similar field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical & problem solving skills
• An energetic team player with the ability to work within tight deadlines
