Secretary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance to the management.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Practices.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Local Languages Sinhala/Tamil.
– A thorough knowledge of preparing business proposals and reports, will be an added advantage.
– Minimum 3 years of experience.
– Age below 45 years.
Receptionist
The Lady we have in mind should be between 20 to 35 years of age, possessing a charming but dynamic personality with a positive attitude towards works.
To be successful, you will need:
– Excellent communication and PR Skills to interface effectively with people at all levels.
– Should be fluent in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a well reputed company.
