Sales Managers
We are looking for dynamic, result – oriented team players with positive interpersonal relations along with the following requirements to market the wide range of Engineering Products handled by our Machinery & Special Projects Division.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Planning, Forecasting of the Product range
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Communicate with foreign principals Requirements
• Dynamic individual and a strong negotiator with a Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification with full/ part qualification in CIM/SLIM
• 5 – 10 years experience in sales/marketing of which at least 5 years of proven track record in a similar range of products
• Self-motivated and possess a proactive attitude to conducting business
• Computer Literacy, and have an excellent command of both written & spoken English & Sinhala
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Competitive, ambitious and goal-orientated
• Friendly, sociable and outgoing
• Male of age between 30 – 40 years.
