We are one of the premium destination management company since 2004 and looking fora young, enthusiastic, smart, self confident individual to join our organization in the capacity of Receptionist cum Secretary to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate would be required:
• Attend to all visitors’enquiries at the reception counter.
• Handling all incoming telephone calls & walk in visitors in a professional courteous manner.
• Handle company secretarial work and liaise with the company lawyers and secretaries
• Assists in preparing proposals, presentations, data and research and may attend some meetings in overseas as well to take notes, minutes or to provide required information’s.
• Liaise with the government & nongovernmental organizations.
• Handling overseas travel documents and liaise with travel agents
• General secretarial work
The person we are looking for:
• Elegant, dynamic young female age below 35 years with outgoing personality.
• Proficient in excel /word & office package.
• Passed G.C.E ( A/L) school leavers can apply for this vacancy.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered for the right candidate.
