The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in reputed company.
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Fluent in Sinhala, English and Tamil
• Having sound knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
