Job Profile
The Quality Assuronce Executive is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the company’s products and services meet the set standards. Reporting to the Manager GA, this role involves developing and maintaining quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
The Person
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as quality management, chemistry, polymer science, and technology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies such as ISO 9001.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, should be able to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
Proficiency in using quality assurance tools as well as data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience in an ERP environment and a strong command of Microsoft Excel are fundamental skills.
