Management Trainees

Sumithra Management Trainee program is designed to develop future leader of the group by focusing every aspects of the business operations and the functions, you’ll be offer a 360 degree view of the business functions by giving opportunity blend with internal and external parties of the business eventually achieve the company objectives.

The Candidate should be:

• A Graduate in the fields of Textile Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Management or Commerce from a recognized university. (Those with similar qualification may also apply)
• Preferences will be given to those living in Hambantota, Gampaha, Kegalle, and Kurunegala districts.
• below 30 years of age
