The Position As a HR Executive at Triumph your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
• Filling open positions – sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing and filing of documentation
• Annual and Bi Annual performance appraisals — coordinate the entire performance appralcal process, coaching staff and ensuring deadlines are met
• Organizing employee engagement events
• Assist in administering various HR activities such a inductions, updating personal files, employee development programs, statutory compliance’s
• Prepare & provide information to finalize the payroll on a monthly basis
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 02 year’s experience in a similar position
• Sound educational qualification with a professional qualification in HR
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
