4. HR Manager:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop & Manage the Human Resources function of the Hotel in line with its strategic objectives
• Develop, Initiate and manage the recruitment strategies of the hotel
• Initiate employee retention strategies
• Identify and develop training plans and conduct training activities
• Develop and implement procedures for handling disciplinary and grievances
• Management of general HR administration and staff Accommodation
Personal Specification:
• Experience in the Hotel industry will be a definite advantage
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
• A good motivator and a trainer
• Age below 50 years
5. Chief Engineer:
The Ideal candidate should be possess a degree in mechanical engineering or any related qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Leadership skills, analytical and problem solving ability, communication skills and the tendency to take initiative are key attributes sought in the individual. Applicants should have experience in providing building services consisting of air conditioning plants, water & Sewage treatment plants, Kitchen and laundry equipment and swimming pool.
• Initiating energy management procedures
• Leading energy management initiative within the hotel
• Ensuring general maintenance of the hotel
• Preparation of departmental annual budgets
• Ensuring safety within the property
• Maintaining all records pertaining to machinery and equipment and there maintenance
• Initiating preventing maintenance procedures
• Development of maintenance associates
6. General Technician: (Laundry & Kitchen)
• Should have work experience in Industrial laundry machines such as washer extractors, driers, presses, dry cleaning machines, Kitchen equipments (Gas and Electric) and fair knowledge of industrial steam boilers.
