Banking and finance software is core business where the company is presently engaged in designing and development of core banking system which is partially implemented at present.
We are in search of a well experienced banker with IT background (into software development) and hands on experience and knowledge in a ll business aspects of banking and finance operations for the position of head of our banking and finance software division.
Excellent opportunity for he right candidate to develop a long term partnership with the company with assured future benefits and stock options available under proposed Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) of the company.
Recently retired bankers with sound exposure to IT also may apply.
Required Skills:
– Experience in all business areas of core banking systems.
– Full/Part qualification in IT into Software development.
– Work experience in system design, development and implementation in banking environment.
– Ability to educate software teams on Core Banking applications areas.
– Good exposure to project management.
– Ability to understand documents and analyze system requirements.
– ability to lead the division independently in a fast-paced get-the-job done, agile-influenced, deadline-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Being the head of division, to assume all responsibilities of system design, development and implementation projects that are going on in the division.
– General management of division including projects management.
– To engaged in research and develop software specifications to comply with the banking sector requirements.
– Oversee the software testing environment and testing processes in accordance with the standards stipulated by QA division of the company.
– Communication with local and foreign banks on requirements specifications and software development and implementation projects management.
